How do I set up a portal for my school?
Simply contact our team using the form above. We'll schedule a call, understand your school's needs, and build your custom portal from there.
How long does setup take?
Most schools are up and running within 1–2 weeks. We handle the technical setup, and your team manages the content from a simple dashboard.
Is the Student Portal included in all plans?
Yes — the Student Portal is the core of EduLink Connect and is included in every plan. Additional features like the School Store can be added as needed.
Can parents access the portal?
Absolutely. Parents can register, log in, check their child's progress, access timetables, and purchase items from the school store — all from one account.
Do you offer training and support?
Yes. We provide full onboarding training for staff and ongoing support via email and phone. South African-based support during business hours.
What payment methods are supported?
