Brain-Boosting Foods
Fuel your brain with blueberries, eggs, fatty fish, nuts and leafy greens. They improve memory and concentration. Avoid sugary snacks before studying — they cause energy crashes.
Create a Study Schedule
Set aside dedicated study time every day. Even 45 minutes of focused work beats 3 hours of distracted studying. Use a timetable to cover all subjects before exams.
The Pomodoro Technique
Study for 25 minutes then take a 5-minute break. After 4 rounds, take a longer break. This keeps your brain fresh and prevents burnout during long study sessions.
Ask for Help When Stuck
